Facilities
Our property is split into three homely units of care, each well-staffed with an experienced and qualified team, committed to providing care 24 hours a day.
Most of our rooms are en-suite and come complete with single beds, a double wardrobe, 3 drawers and a bedside cabinet. We welcome our residents to bring a television and decorate their rooms as they please.
As well as a large landscaped garden at the rear of the property with plenty of seating, there is a choice of bright and airy communal lounges, a cafe, cinema and activity room in which residents can relax and socialise with friends and family or fellow residents. Plus a quiet room and a hair salon where residents can relax and unwind.

As well as numerous services that are offered to our residents, we have an excellent hairdressing salon on site available to all at no charge. We employ a friendly and well experienced hairdresser once a week, and our staff sometimes carry out beauty therapy sessions for that extra bit of pampering.
When residents need a little break from the home, we often conduct trips to local attractions with small groups and family and friends are welcome to take residents out for the day.
There’s also the choice to socialise in one of the communal sitting rooms or soak up some sun in the lovely garden with plenty of seating areas.

Special diets, whether they are for clinical or cultural reasons, are always happily accommodated for and all of our meals and snacks are freshly prepared on site by our excellent team using the freshest ingredients.
All of our catering staff are fully qualified in health and food safety and our kitchens are annually inspected by the Food Standards Agency.
Aside from scheduled breakfast, lunch and dinner, we also provide a number of opportunities for snacking throughout the day including afternoon tea and supper. Additional snacks and drinks can be requested at any time and residents can choose to eat either in one of our dining or lounging rooms, or in the privacy of their own room.

We tailor our care to every individual who enters the home, depending on their physical and emotional needs. We maintain excellent working relationships with GP’s and health and social care professionals to ensure that we are providing the best care possible.
Our personalised care plans implemented throughout the home are specific to each individual and reflect with detail their emotional, intellectual and physical needs as well as their character.
All of our nursing rooms are equipped with all the practical elements needed to deliver quality care including full wheelchair accessibility, grab rails and emergency call buttons, whilst retaining all the elements needed to create a homey and comfortable feel.
